Nourished by Jahmae provides nutrition and lifestyle education, goal-setting, food and habit review, personalized educational resources, accountability, and supportive wellness coaching. Website content and services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or replace your relationship with a licensed healthcare provider.

Fullscript and Other Product Purchases
The Fullscript link provides access to an independently operated supplement dispensary. Product availability, orders, payments, shipping, subscriptions, cancellations, and product returns are processed under Fullscript's applicable policies. A link, educational discussion, or product recommendation does not replace review with your licensed healthcare provider or pharmacist for possible risks, side effects, or interactions.
