This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Nourished by Jahmae website, including its contact and feedback forms, and to related administrative communications. When you follow a link to an outside platform, that platform's own privacy notice also applies.

The website contact form collects your first and last name, email address, service or topic of interest, and the information you voluntarily include in your message. The client feedback form collects your first name, last initial, email address, service received, your written feedback, and your selection about whether that feedback must remain private or may be shared as a testimonial. If you schedule, purchase, or enroll in a service through an outside platform, that provider may collect additional account, appointment, payment, or wellness information under its own privacy terms.
Please do not submit medical records, laboratory results, medication information, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal or health information through website forms or ordinary email. The contact form is intended only for general inquiries and service-interest messages, and the feedback form is intended only for non-sensitive comments about your experience.

Feedback and Testimonial Choices
Feedback marked private will be used only to evaluate or improve Nourished by Jahmae services and will not be published. Feedback will be shared publicly as a testimonial only when you select an option that gives permission to do so. If you authorize public sharing, Nourished by Jahmae will follow the name preference you selected and will not add private health information to your testimonial.
You may later ask that an authorized website testimonial be removed by emailing hello@nourishedbyjahmae.com. Removal from materials already printed or distributed may not always be possible.
How We Share Information
Nourished by Jahmae does not sell or rent personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to your request, or provide a service you choose.

Service Providers and Outside Platforms
The contact and client feedback forms are processed by Formspree. Other services may be provided through Calendly for scheduling, Zoom for virtual calls, Stripe for payment processing, Fullscript for supplement-dispensary access, Practice Better for secure client onboarding or records, and third-party email and website-hosting providers. These companies may process information under their own privacy notices and security practices. Payment-card details are entered directly into the payment processor and are not collected through this website's contact form.
Before submitting information to an outside service, please review that provider's privacy notice. Nourished by Jahmae does not control and is not responsible for the independent privacy practices or content of outside websites.
